Justin grew up in the Newton Grove community just a few miles from the Johnston County line. Justin attended the Hobbton school district, and continued his education at Sampson Community College before transferring to UNC Wilmington. At UNC Wilmington, he graduated with a degree from the Cameron School of Business in Economics. Justin is currently completing his Master of Business Administration degree at East Carolina University.

Since graduating from college, Justin has worked in marketing and sales with the last ten years spent in the insurance industry.  Justin brings a diverse professional background having worked for a large corporation and within his family's small business. Justin understands what priorities Johnston County must address to keep pace with future development and growth. 

As your county commissioner, Justin will work to adequately fund our public schools, invest wisely in our infrastructure needs, and promote common sense growth management policies.
